Stuffed pork chops infoil
Let's make it together.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 thck pork chops
- a pinch of salt and pepper
- a pinch of mixed herbs
- 6-8 chopped mushrooms
- 1 small apple peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp of flourbsp of lemmon
- 1 tbsp of lemmon juice
- vegetable oil
Method:
- pre-heat the oven to 160°;
- tream the chops and season both sides with salt and pepper;
- fry the chops in a little oil to seal in the juices remove them from the pan;
- cook the mushrooms for a few minutes until soft, add inn the apple slices;
- stir in the lemon juice
- sprinkle the flour and the mixed herbs over the mushrooms and apple and cook for a few minutes stirring al the time;
- remove from the heat;
- cut four pieces of tin foil large enough to wrap the chops in;
- place a chop in the center of each piece of foil;
- cover with the mushroom mixture;
- fold the foil over loosely and seal completely;
- cook in a pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes;
- serve with vegetables of your choice.
