A recipe between Ireland and Italy: Pasta with tuna and scallions

Here it is.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350g of fusilli or penne pasta - but you can choose whatever -
- the tender green leaf of 5 small scallions
- 320g of tuna fish
- 100g of light cream cheese
- extra virgin olive oil
Method:
- put whater and salt in a large sausepan and bring it to the boil then coock pasta until a couple of minutes befor your cooking taste;
- wash the scallion leaves and chop them finely with a knife, do not use a robot to chop it becouse it could change the leaves flavour;
- prepare a pan in which you will put oil and the chopped leaves, fry them a bit andtuna then add tuna fish;
- after a couple of minutes add cream cheese and let it melt with fish and leaves then drain pasta and put it into the pan stirring and finishing its cooking;
- serve immediately.
